JUMBLE SALE

Please NOTE: Swarthmore Meeting appreciates your donations for our Jumble Sale. Items will be reviewed upon arrival. If they do not fit our criteria or are not in suitable condition for resale, we may ask you to take them back. Thanks for understanding and supporting our event! Below are a list of what we accept. If you are unsure before delivering whether your item will be accepted or rejected, feel free to write Bruce Grant, the Chair of the Swarthmore Meeting Jumble Sale Winnowing Subcommittee at bwgrant999@gmail.com. We WILL accept: • Books/CDs/DVDs/Vinyl records • Housewares • Valuables, Jewelry and other collectibles • Toys/Games/Puzzles/Bicycles; Furniture that can be moved by two people; • Art, decorative items, crafting and art supplies (gently used and in new or good condition ONLY) • Turntables & other stereo equipment, lamps and fans • School supplies, office supplies, new or gently used • Cameras (old style SLR, or digital cameras, Gopros, camcorders, etc.) and camera equipment (tripods, lighting, etc.)) • Hardware items (hand tools, carpentry/plumbing/electrical things, extension cords, small power tools, etc.) • Hand held garden tools (rakes, shovels, small garden tools, wheelbarrows), and plant pots • Musical instruments including electronic pianos or instruments. • Camping equipment but must be clean and gently used (tents, cooking stoves etc, folding camp chairs & tables, sleeping bags, etc).
• Pet supplies, clean and in good condition

We will NOT accept: • Anything that you plug in (except as listed above). • NO TVs, air conditioners, computers, printers or phones. • NO lawn mowers, leaf blowers, snow blowers, or anything that makes noise. • NO linens or clothing, although this year we will do a trial run with children’s clothing. • NO car seats, other children safety equipment, portable playpens • NOTHING that is broken, dirty, dingy or dusty or ragged or rotten or rusty.
